Led by three partners - Paul J. Game, William J. Game and George R. Grasser - the Oxbow Development Corporation fulfills a shared vision to put the very best practices in community planning and architecture with their development of The Gardens at Oxbow.
Paul J. Game brings over 33 years of home building experience to the Gardens at Oxbow project. Paul J. Game Construction of Lewiston serves Niagara County as an independent home builder. Paul, and his entire team of sub-contractors, are committed to providing the highest quality construction and customer service for all of his clients.
William J. Game served the City of Niagara Falls engineering and fire departments for 27 years retiring as captain in 1985. He also owned and managed a Ziebart rust proofing franchise for 36 years retiring in 2003. In 2008 he built a home in The Gardens at Oxbow development where he and his wife currently reside.
George R. Grasser is retired from a 35 year statewide practice as a real estate development attorney. In addition to his present activities as a real estate developer and consultant, he is the CEO of Partners for a Livable Western New York, a non-profit organization formed to improve land use and the built environment in Western New York communities. He is co-chair of the host committee for the Congress for the New Urbanism to be held in Buffalo in 2014.
